You can make a note of as many items as you want and just add them all to one form, it is as flexible as that. The form comes to us in 128-bit encryption - you will see the padlock at the bottom of the form and note that the address of the form includes https which indicates security at the highest level available.

Sikala - a shop exclusive and this is number three in an edition of five only, adorable 11" cub in thick toffee coloured mohair.  Sikala has six joints including a double neck joint which enables him to be posed in a number of interesting positions, glass boot button eyes, scissor sculpted muzzle, realistic multi-layered embroidered nose, 3D polymer resin paw and foot pad detail including individual toes overlaid onto ultrasuede pads, a cute little tail, a nicely weighted bear with fibre filled head and limbs and pellet filled body.  Price GBP130 - (postal costs: UK GBP7.50, Europe GBP11.60 elsewhere GBP12.90) - SORRY, NUMBER THREE HAS BEEN ADOPTED.
