We will always aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt whenever possible.
UK: Delivery will be by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
With the exception of Artist Bears & Orphans, all orders of £60 value and over will be posted free in the UK. For items other than Artist Bears and Orphans under £60, there will be a charge of £5.50.
OVERSEAS: Royal Mail Tracked services will be used to despatch to al destinations. If you have a preference for a particular courier service instead, please contact us before placing your order.
Postage is calculated on the weight of your parcel. To check the postage cost of any item, simply click on the "ADOPT ME" button to pop it into the shopping bag where you will find the postage calculator in the drop down menu. Opening the drop down menu will allow you to select your country destination and display the postage cost for your item/s. At this point you can either empty the shopping bag or continue to check-out with your order. Please note - you will not be able to proceed beyond the shopping bag page without selecting a country destination.
Please note that you will be able to see the packed weight of your selected item alongside its name on the shopping bag page. If you select more than one item and we find that you have overpaid, we will always refund the difference.
For customers in the US, please be aware that there will now be a pre-payment charge to cover the US Border Control 10% import tariff. If you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation back requesting the appropriate import cost which we will pay on your behalf.
