14th August: All of the bears that have been updated in the Orphanage today have been gifted and the proceeds from the sales will be donated to the Animals Asia Foundation. The featured bear is by popular artist Jo-Anne Pennick. They are actually selling quickly so do take a look.
12th August: I will be making updates to the Orphanage over the next few days with newly arrived pre-owned items. Today's update is for the quirky creations of Carey Wason who made under the name of Icky Bears. Carey is now retired. Click here to view all the photos and read about the bears.
8th August: Bertie Wrafton is the latest artist bear to arrive from Barricane Bears. He came with a small group of other bears that were all claimed before I could offer them from the website. You can read all about him and view more photos here.

3rd June: Jinzi, the Phoenix, and the third character from the Signature Collection, is now available. New arrivals include the pretty pastel multi-coloured Arendelle, cute Poppins, sweet Serenity and the elegant Sophie-Louise. Clicking on the names will take you to their details.

Marsha is now running the business, providing friendly and personal service by appointment at her garden studio and by mail order. 
Abracadabra was opened in the autumn of 2000 by Malcolm Sayers and Marsha Davison. The shop in Cross Street, Saffron Walden closed on the 18th June 2021.
